How to Read the Record
The Detailed record gives you
the name of the library, location within the
library,
call number, Request link, and other information
such as whether the resource is in the library,
checked out, lost or on order. If the location
indicates stacks, this
word refers to the shelves where books and journals
are organized and stored. Note: many libraries
on campus have a "Stacks" location. Make
sure to check for the name of the library.
You need to determine which library has the resource; sometimes it is in more
than one location and the Detailed record will give you this information.
The brief record gives you condensed information without complete holdings.
