Format of Material
Journals and books can come in various formats:
print, microtext or electronic. While one format
may be easier to use than another, the content
should be the emphasis when you are doing research.
If you ignore an article because it is not
available in electronic form, you
may miss out on very valuable resources.
Some journal titles have some of the earlier
years partially in print and partially in microtext,
with the more recent issues online.
As technologies change, libraries adapt but
are not able to reformat all existing collections
to new formats. The extra effort on your part
might be rewarded by finding that perfect gem.
